The event will correspond with the anticipated peak of the debate over changes to U.S. tax policy on capitol hill and discuss how proposed measures will address loopholes in the U.S. tax code that facilitate offshore tax haven abuse. A keynote speaker will offer perspective on policy changes the U.S. government should enact to address offshore tax haven abuse.
