Workshop on public country by country reporting in Vienna, from 14:00 – 17:30 on the 26th of September.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
The participatory workshop is jointly organised by the\u00a0<\/span>Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation (VIDC)<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>Attac Austria<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>Eurodad<\/b>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>Financial Transparency Coalition<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
It will provide background information about the history and the different concepts of public country by country reporting, as well as deep analysis of the current EU negotiations. Special consideration will also be given to existing public disclosure by MNCs and the arguments demonstrating the value of public reporting to corporate actors.<\/span><\/p>\n
The format of the workshop encourages dialogue, including significant time for in-depth discussion between the participants. The workshop will take place under Chatham House rules and is free to attend, with participation on a self-funding basis. The workshop will be in German and English with simultaneous translation.<\/span><\/p>\n
