L\u2019imp\u00f4t sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pourrait r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9fiance des citoyens \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des gouvernements tout en favorisant la lutte contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et la mise en \u0153uvre des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Fondation Jean-Jaur\u00e8s, la\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fesparis.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fondation Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung \u00e0 Paris<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0et l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icrict.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICRICT<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation) en d\u00e9battent lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence publique avec\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Wayne Swan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ancien ministre des Finances de l\u2019Australie, commissaire de l\u2019ICRICT,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pervenche Ber\u00e8s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, d\u00e9put\u00e9e europ\u00e9enne, coordinatrice S&amp;D de la commission \u00e9conomique et mon\u00e9taire,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ricardo Martner<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9conomiste chilien qui a travaill\u00e9 de nombreuses ann\u00e9es aux Nations unies, commissaire de l\u2019ICRICT,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et anim\u00e9e par\u00a0<\/span><b>Adrienne Brotons<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, membre de l\u2019Observatoire de l\u2019\u00e9conomie de la Fondation Jean-Jaur\u00e8s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale des multinationales enl\u00e8ve aux pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et en voie de d\u00e9veloppement des ressources qui pourraient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour financer des services publics indispensables. Elle affaiblit, de plus, les syst\u00e8mes financiers et le potentiel \u00e9conomique de ces pays.\u00a0Les \u00c9tats se sentent oblig\u00e9s de se faire concurrence pour attirer les investissements des entreprises, en abaissant les taux d\u2019imposition des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Conserver et taxer les ressources pourrait contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de revenus, \u00e0 renforcer les droits de l\u2019homme et \u00e0 favoriser la mise en \u0153uvre des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les multinationales ne payant pas leur juste part, les citoyens ressentent de plus en plus un sentiment de d\u00e9fiance vis-\u00e0-vis des gouvernements. Cette absence de confiance alimente les crises sociales, tant en France que dans d\u2019autres pays. Les r\u00e8gles et l\u2019architecture internationales actuelles en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9 alimentent l\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale et la concurrence fiscale et montrent ainsi combien elles sont inadapt\u00e9es au besoin de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
