Oxfam\u2019s global inequality campaign has worked alongside partners to help change the terms of the debate on inequality and fight for specific policy reforms on wages, tax, gender equality and elite capture of the political process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The debate in the US and globally has slowly shifted from a conversation over whether inequality is a dangerous threat to social cohesion and poverty alleviation, to an increasingly robust debate over visions to address it and specific policy proposals to tackle extreme wealth concentration.
