{"id":4673,"date":"2022-07-28T01:41:17","date_gmt":"2022-07-28T01:41:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/globaltaxjustice.org\/?post_type=news&#038;p=4673"},"modified":"2022-07-28T01:41:17","modified_gmt":"2022-07-28T01:41:17","slug":"co-conspiradores-en-el-negocio-de-evasion-fiscal","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/globaltaxjustice.org\/es\/noticias\/co-conspiradores-en-el-negocio-de-evasion-fiscal\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abCo-conspiradores en el negocio de evasi\u00f3n fiscal\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Verdes en el Parlamento Europeo (Greens-EFA) acaban de publicar un nuevo informe, oportuno e interesante sobre los intermediarios de la evasi\u00f3n fiscal \u2013 titulado\u00a0<\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><b><i>SOSPECHOSOS HABITUALES<\/i><\/b><b>\u00a0\u2013 Co-conspiradores en el negocio de evasi\u00f3n fiscal\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abNueve meses atr\u00e1s, el 3 de abril de 2016, la mayor filtraci\u00f3n y el mayor esc\u00e1ndalo de evasi\u00f3n fiscal hasta ahora fue revelado al p\u00fablico por el International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), recuerdan los Greens-EFA. Los\u00a0<\/span><b>\u201cPanama Papers\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0consistieron en 11.5 mill\u00f3n de documentos filtrados desde el bufete paname\u00f1o de abogados Mossack Fonseca,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/panamapapers.icij.org\/blog\/20160509-offshore-database-release.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">detallando<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0como el proveedor de servicios corporativos ayud\u00f3 a crear 214,488 entidades offshore alrededor del mundo. Esta filtraci\u00f3n aconteci\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de los Offshore Leaks, pero antes de los Bahamas Leaks en 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Greens-EFA usaron\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/offshoreleaks.icij.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los dados p\u00fablicos del ICIJ<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(sobre los tres esc\u00e1ndalos) para\u00a0<\/span><b>conocer m\u00e1s sobre los intermediarios entre ricos y proveedores de servicios corporativos\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">como Mossack Fonseca, que crean y manejan negocios offshore a petici\u00f3n.
