The workshop is organized by Annette Alstadsæter (Norwegian University of Life Sciences), Niels Johannesen (University of Copenhagen), and Gabriel Zucman (UC Berkeley), and is funded by the Danish Council for Independent Research and the Research Council of Norway.
Joel Slemrod (University of Michigan) will deliver a key note lecture.
We invite conference submissions that address topics related to tax avoidance, tax evasion, and inequality, especially but not limited to the interaction between these, using empirical or theoretical methods.
The deadline for submissions is July 15, 2017, and submissions should be made by email.
Conference invitations will be extended soon after the deadline. We will cover travel and lodging costs for invited authors. Some funding is also available for a limited number of non-presenting participants. No publication obligation applies to presented papers.
