Transfer pricing has emerged as a key area of capacity building for African governments. Responding to this and within the context of the African Mining Vision and the Report of the High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flows from Africa (the Mbeki Report), the Africa Minerals Development Centre (AMDC) has commissioned the Mineral and Energy for Development Alliance (MEfDA) to deliver transfer pricing workshops in Africa.
