Panel discussion: Tax Competition’s Impact on Developing Countries

Organized by ActionAid, in media partnership with The Guardian Global Development Professionals Network Siobhan Kennedy, Business Editor of Channel 4 News, will lead an expert debate on the prospects for global tax reform, the implications for developing countries and the stance of the United Kingdom as a global business hub and an influential voice in sustainable development. The speakers will be Chris Morgan, (Head of Tax Policy, KPMG in the UK), Belema Obuoforibo, (Director of the Knowledge Centre at the International Bureau for Fiscal Documentation, Netherlands), and Diarmid O’Sullivan, (Tax Justice Policy Advisor, ActionAidUK).
