The Long Road to the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation

The latest brief by the Global Alliance for Tax Justice (GATJ), traces the history of the UN Tax Convention. Starting at the League of Nations, it looks at what how the present international tax system has come to be and what is needed from the ongoing UN Tax Convention negotiations, ending at the present-day third session third of negotiations taking place from November 10th to 19th in Nairobi.
