As the GPE replenishment meeting will be held on 1st – 2nd February in Senegal, ActionAid, Oxfam, the Global Campaign for Education and the Global Alliance for Tax Justice will run a session on tax justice and the financing of education, on Feb 1st (Hour to be confirmed).
The objective of the session is to share the latest insights on how national and international action on tax are key to the sustainable financing of education, with speeches from:
- ActionAid (speaker tbc)
- Dereje Alemayehu, Chair of the Global Alliance for Tax Justice
- Camila Croso from the Global Campaign for Education
- Oxfam International(speaker tbc)
