- Regional Coordinator for PWYP East and Southern Africa
The Secretariat of Global Alliance for Tax Justice’s partner Publish What You Pay is looking for a proactive and creative individual with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills to join our team as Regional Coordinator for East and Southern Africa (ESA).
The ESA Regional Coordinator is responsible for coordinating PWYP’s member activities in Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe; ensuring that National Coalitions and member organisations are supported to achieve PWYP’s common goal of an open and accountable extractive sector so that oil, gas and mining revenues improve the lives of women, men and youth in resource-rich countries. He/she is responsible for coordinating PWYP’s activities, outreach and engagement with National Coalitions, members and regional level donors and partners in the region(s), acting as the primary point of contact and conduit for information. The position will be based in the region.

- Executive Director for Canadians for Tax Fairness (C4TF)
Global Alliance for Tax Justice’s regional network member Canadians for Tax Fairness is seeking an Executive Director who will be responsible for management of the organization and implementation of the campaign plan. The Executive Director also represents the organization to government and media and to other social sector organizations.
The Executive Director is responsible for hiring and supervising other staff. In collaboration with the Board Chair, the Executive Director is responsible for organizing board, various committees and the annual general meeting of the organization. In collaboration with the Treasurer, the Executive Director is responsible for fundraising, managing the finances and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. The Executive Director is also responsible to ensure that all the legal requirements matters of a non-profit corporation are met.
The Executive Director is expected to monitor political and economic developments in the field of tax justice and advise the board on policy and campaign strategy. The Executive Director will also undertake outreach initiatives to develop and maintain relationships with relevant organizations and engage individual supporters in actions supporting the goals of the organization. The Executive Director will also represent the organization at international meetings and participate in the campaigns of the Global Alliance for Tax Justice.

- Information and Knowledge Management Intern for Tax Justice Network Africa
Global Alliance for Tax Justice’s regional network member Tax Justice Network Africa is hiring an Information and Knowledge Management Intern.
The incumbent shall dedicate their time to creating learning experiences that help change-makers succeed in making a difference, from innovation, reports and interactive resource toolkits and workshops. He/she will also be responsible for collecting data related to these learning experiences, so that we are constantly improving.
