Latin America and the Caribbean

Red de Justicia Fiscal de América Latina y el Caribe (RJFALC) with Latindadd held the second stop of the 2026 Multi-Stakeholder Tour of Latin America and the Caribbean in the Dominican Republic. The Multi-Stakeholder Tour aims to strengthen regional tax justice work and increase support for the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation. The trip included meetings with government officials and a workshop with civil society. As part of the Multi-Stakeholder Tour, local economist Roque Féliz from Centro Montalvo and GATJ Policy Advocacy Coordinator Tomás Lukin sat down for a TV interview on tax justice. TJNA also launched the Anti-Illicit Financial Flows Policy Tracker in Zambia. announced the 2026 edition of the International Tax Justice Academy from June 2nd to 19th 2026.

Tax Justice Europe (TJ-E) members gathered for a meeting in Berlin to discuss key issues in Europe including making multinationals pay their share, taxing the rich, making polluters pay, and delivering a strong UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation.
North America
